Harajuku

Harajuku, a lot packed into a small neighborhood known as the "kawaii and fashionable" capital of Tokyo. The first places you should see is right out of the train station, Takeshita Street (picture) is a single street where you can shop for clothing and is also filled with crepe shops everywhere.

You can also check out Monster Cafe where they serve cute little monster desserts and even go traditional and checking out Meiji Shrine. Harajuku is a nice place because its walkable to Shibuya which will be covered on a different page.
